Cristiano Ronaldo had a great match against Celta, in which he scored three goals. The forward summed up the match: "The team was perfect. We started very well, with a goal after two minutes, and then we had control for the whole match. We played well and the aim was to win and get through to the next round. In the second half we started quite comfortably, we were already winning 2-0, but we knew that if they scored it would be all to play for again. After the sending-off we reacted well but, in my opinion, what Ramos did was not a sending-off, it was unintentional".

About his form, the forward said: "I feel very good. After the Christmas break we are training very well and because of that I think that players are doing better. We want to keep going until the end of the championship. I want to play, that's what I like to do, and to help the team so we can achieve our aims in the cup, the Champions League and to do the best that we can in the league".
